Q & A

01. How do i apply for the membership?
Ans: Spend above $100 in a single receipt and you'll be entitled to sumairu membership card.

02. How long will the membership last?
Ans: it's a lifetime membership so don't have to worry about that.

03. What does this membership does?
Ans: -Discount[20% off] and additional discount when there's discount open to all public.

04. Will there be additional discount when my birthday falls on that particular month?
Ans: There'll be a discount of additional $10 every item[fixed price only] except additional discount made during the public sales.
example: 20% + (-$10)
items pricing: $100
($100-20%)-$10= $70

05. Does this discount apply to accessories too?
Ans: Currently no. further update will inform asap.

06. Do i have to bring the membership card every time to enjoy discount?
Ans: Yup. If only we remember you than in that case it's alright not to bring. but on additional promotions and etc. please bring along your membership card.

07. When i purchase an item and found a default made on it, what should i do?
Ans: when a default is found on clothings we'll normally mend it for you or send it back to factory[which will take days/weeks].

08. Where is Sumairu located now?
Ans: previously from bugis village FSL-06.
